Central Marin Neighborhood Response Group Coordinator – Corte Madera
2020 – present
Under the constraints of COVID, formalized and grew the Central Marin NRG Program, by establishing the Greenbrae Hills NRGs, Hillview NRG and Kent Woodlands NRG.
In collaboration with the NRG Advisory Committee, wrote the NRG Funding and Donation Policy, Advisory Committee Role and Responsibilities Guide and established a system to provide relevant and timely communications.
Moved all meetings to online and increased the membership of the NRG Advisory Committee by recruiting new and active members.
Developed the NRG Timely Topic series focused on relevant emergency preparedness topics.
Introduced multiple surveys and other reporting tools to gather input and feedback, measure drill participation and engagement.

Led project leaders across all organizations preparing for go-lives by directing the integration of testing, cutover, contingency execution, go-live decision assessment, and overall evaluation.
Contributed to delivery efforts of developing metrics and measures and coordinating resources associated with investment against ROI. Monitored risks and execution of contingencies.
Developing Systems and Processes: Streamlined interactions in the order, distribution, and rollout of a move to free software and for SalesForce Live Agent chat to Customer Service, Sales and Support teams.
Supporting External Events: Drove the process for the move to a new Global Supplier and that had to be completed under extreme time restrictions to meet street expectations.
